The following is a carefully thought-out and curated list of the questions that several customers have asked in the past. If you have a question for us, please go through our list before getting in touch. How does it work?
After creating your laundry account, we will let you know which days we will be servicing your area. We will pick up the dirty laundry bags on the scheduled days, and once your clothes are cleaned, crisp, and ready to wear, one of our delivery drivers will return them folded at your designated location.
How much laundry fits in the bag?
~2 Loads of Laundry. 20-30 pounds!
What's the first step?
After signing up on the website/app, you will receive your laundry bags to begin service!
Do I need to separate my whites and colors?
No! We handle all separation for you!
Do I need to be there for pickup/delivery?
We handle the laundry so you can focus on everything else! We will pick up and deliver the laundry, and there is no need for you to be there! You will be able to follow along through out the entire process from pick-up to delivery and if you're not home at the time of delivery, we'll update you with a picture.
How do most people use your laundry service?
Most customers choose our weekly service. Some customers with large families or extra laundry(extra sheets for example) decide to add an additional bag if needed on the second delivery date. In addition to that, some families use us for sheets and towels only and others use us for just kids clothes. We do it all, just let us know how we can help!
What about delicates/air dry items?
There will be a bag for delicates inside the standard wash/fold bag! These items will be not be placed in dryers. The delicates bag will hold a couple pieces of traditional delicates and 1/2 garments. Any additional delicate bag needed is an additional $5.00. Each week the wash/fold bag will have a delicate bag in it. The larger wash/fold bag will include 2 delicate bags!
Are my clothes washed by themselves?
Yes! Each customer will get their own washer and dryer(or 2)! Bags between customers will not be mixed in any circumstance.
